Students are learning computer design and simulation of physical systems. Central roles in this course take the computer analysis, design, modelling and simulation of linear and nonlinear continuous and discrete time systems. The course involves computer modelling and simulation of dynamical system described by differential and difference equations, transfer function, state space model together with the methods of transformation from one model to another. Simulation of time and frequency responses of the system is also included in the course with application to active low pass filters design. Managing vectors and matrices as well as matrix functions and two and three dimensional graphics are also part of this course.
